Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread whole grain, white, or any other type of bread of your choice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 slices of cooked turkey breast
- 2-3 slices of cheese cheddar, Swiss, or any other cheese of your choice
- 2-3 slices of tomato
- 2-3 leaves of lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your desired level of crispiness.
- Spread the mayonnaise on one or both slices of bread, depending on your preference.
- Place the turkey slices on one slice of bread, then add the cheese on top of the turkey.
- Add the tomato slices and lettuce leaves on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the vegetables, to taste.
- Close the sandwich by putting the other slice of bread on top.
- Cut the sandwich in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
